How to Order from Glow & Vault


Welcome to Glow & Vault — your destination for premium beauty, skincare, makeup, and fashion finds.


Follow these simple steps to place your order with us.

1. Choose Your Products

Browse our website and select your favourite products. We offer both in-stock items and pre-order products.

  • In-Stock: Products that are currently available and ready for dispatch.
  • Pre-Order: Products that are sourced especially for you and typically require 10–14 days for sourcing.

Please check the product description before placing your order to confirm availability and any relevant details.


2. Add to Cart and Checkout

Add your selected products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Enter your correct name, contact number, and complete delivery address to help us deliver your order smoothly.

Review your products, quantities, and shipping fee before completing your order.


3. Make Your Payment

Full payment is required upfront for all orders, including both in-stock and pre-order products.

We currently accept payment through bank transfer. Please follow the payment instructions provided during checkout and ensure that the correct amount is transferred.

After making the payment, send your payment receipt to @glownvault.lk on Instagram for verification.

Your order will be processed once your payment has been received and verified.


Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


4. Processing and Sourcing

In-Stock Products

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.


Pre-Order Products

  • Please allow approximately 10–14 days for sourcing.
  • Additional time is required for courier delivery after your item arrives.
  • We will inform you of any significant delays whenever possible.


5. Delivery

We deliver across Sri Lanka through courier services.

  • Standard shipping fee: LKR 450, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery for in-stock items: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-orders require the sourcing period stated above, followed by courier delivery time.


Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
