We offer both in-stock and pre-order products. Availability is indicated on our website or communicated to customers where applicable.

Product images are provided for reference. Actual colours, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Full payment is required upfront for all orders, including in-stock and pre-order products.
  • We currently accept payment through bank transfer.
  • Orders will be processed once payment has been received and verified.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact details and delivery information.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • An order is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and verified.

Please ensure that you review your order details carefully before making payment.

4. Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order products are sourced especially for our customers.

  • Full payment is required to confirm a pre-order.
  • Pre-order sourcing typically takes 10–14 business days.
  • The sourcing period begins after payment confirmation.
  • Additional time is required for courier delivery once the product arrives.
  • Sourcing timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability, international shipping, customs procedures, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will communicate significant delays whenever possible.

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept the estimated sourcing and delivery timelines.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer courier delivery across Sri Lanka.

  • Standard shipping fee: LKR 450, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery for in-stock products is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order products require the sourcing period stated above, followed by additional courier delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers. Additional charges may apply if a delivery fails because of incorrect information or other customer-related issues.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through Instagram at @glownvault.lk.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s processing and sourcing status. Once a pre-order has been sourced, ordered from a supplier, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Any eligible cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for full details regarding return eligibility, damaged or incorrect items, and refund requests.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Product Authenticity and Quality

We aim to provide products that match their descriptions and representations on our website. Product details and packaging may change due to manufacturer updates.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs so we can review the issue.

9. Pricing and Product Information

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal and delivery information.
  • Reviewing product descriptions, availability, and sourcing timelines before ordering.
  • Completing full payment before an order is processed.
  • Providing payment confirmation when requested.
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
